Former AEW Star’s WWE Debut Announced WWE

A former AEW star has announced the date of their upcoming WWE television debut in a vignette that aired on tonight’s WWE NXT.

With the former Brian Pillman Jr appearing on WWE NXT in a series of vignettes, he has informed fans that he is rebranding as his new moniker, Lexis King.

Tonight Lexis King discussed the fact that when legends of the business have praised his father, he has always lied in response, commenting that he loved his father too.

In actuality King says he didn’t really know him and Pillman Sr “spent more nights in a hotel room than in my home”.

King went on to say that he would be making his debut at Halloween Havoc next week (October 24) and it is the beginning of his career, not the continuation of someone else’s.

Alexis King vowed to take the first steps to forging his own path with the goal of making his name bigger than Brian Pillman’s ever was.

Alexis King has actually already made an in-ring NXT debut off TV – you can read more about that by clicking here.

Elsewhere on tonight’s NXT, an interesting development when the expected three-way match between Carmelo Hayes, Baron Corbin and Dijak was made a four-way with the addition of Trick Williams.

That match will determine NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov’s challenger for Halloween Havoc.
