Following his WWE departure, Donovan Dijak has been announced for a title match against former AEW star Mike Santana.
On June 28, Donovan Dijak announced his departure from WWE following the expiration of his contract with the company. Since then, Dijak has been very active on the independent scene where he has won championship gold and been announced for other bookings throughout the year.
On August 9, House of Glory announced that former AEW star and current TNA Wrestling star Mike Santana will defend his HOG Heavyweight Championship against Donovan Dijak on Thursday, September 5. The post reads:

The event will take place in Chicago ahead of the AEW All Out pay-per-view at the NOW Arena on Saturday, September 7.
