A former champion has broken his silence after a WWE star was removed from their faction on this week’s NXT (June 3).

This past Tuesday saw two WWE stars exit two different NXT factions under very different circumstances.

While Myles Borne fought his way out of the No Quarter Catch Crew, defeating Charlie Dempsey to earn the right to leave the group, things were far different for Brooks Jensen and The Culling.

In a moment that came out of nowhere, Shawn Spears, Niko Vance and Izzi Dame struck stablemate Jensen with a steel chair, telling him that they didn’t feel he was fully committed to the group.

With Jensen stating on social media afterwards that he needs to “take some time”, Spears has now addressed his group’s actions.

Taking to Twitter, Spears laid out the rules of The Culling, writing:

The 1st Rule of #TheCulling

“If you’re not fully committed to The Culling… you’re out.”

The 2nd Rule of #TheCulling

It’s unclear whether Spears will seek to replace Jensen with a new member at this time, as is Jensen’s potential WWE return date.

Elsewhere on NXT, former AEW star Mariah May made her WWE debut – for the latest news on a possible name change for “The Glamour” follow this link here.
