Former Divas Champion On In-Ring Return: ‘You Never Know’

In a recent interview with Hollywood Life, Former WWE Divas Champion Maryse left the door open to a potential return to the ring. This comes after Maryse and The Miz announced that they were expecting their second child at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on February 17th 2019:

Maryse had the following to say about potentially stepping into the ring once again:

“You never know. I’m not even thinking about it right now because I just honestly want to enjoy my life and my pregnancy. Now that I have Monroe and I’m pregnant again, honestly it goes by so fast.”

Maryse’s last match was at Hell In A Cell in September 2018 where she and her husband The Miz defeated Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella in mixed tag team action.

Maryse also commented on her relationship with WWE, and says she believes the company ‘value’ her:

“I think that the WWE values me, and I’ve been with them for over 15 years on and off, so, I would honestly say I don’t know, and I’m open to it, but we’ll have to see. WWE is all about bragging rights, because we’re competitive…That’s the WWE, that’s the life that we live, you never what’s gonna happen.”
