Former WWE NXT star Chris Hero (Kassius Ohno) has returned to wrestling for the first time since his WWE release.
Hero was released by WWE in April 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, his last match taking place in March 2020 during his time on NXT UK.
Well last night, Chris Hero returned to wrestling for the first time since his WWE release, showing up West Coast Pro’s West Coast Best Coast show.
Hero was revealed as the new official matchmaker for West Coast Pro Wrestling.
It is not known when or if Hero will return to the ring.
While Hero has not wrestled since his release from WWE, he has done seminars and interviews.
Hero was also present backstage at several Ring of Honor events before the company was purchased by Tony Khan last March.
