A former ROH World Champion has reached the open market as a free agent.
At ROH Death Before Dishonor 2022, Dalton Castle and The Boys defeated The Righteous to win the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship.
This led many to believe that Castle had signed a deal with Ring of Honor, but this doesn’t seem to be the case.
PWInsider confirmed that Dalton Castle is not under contract with ROH and is 100% a free agent despite making several appearances for Ring of Honor since Tony Khan purchased the promotion.
Fans wondered where the former ROH World Champion was when AEW Dynamite visited his home area this week with Castle from Rochester, NY and the show taking place in Buffalo.
While Castle remains one third of the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions, Wheeler Yuta lost his ROH Pure Championship to Daniel Garcia on the September 7 edition of Dynamite.
