Former Tough Enough contestant and WWE wrestler Boogeyman has confirmed during an appearance on Ryback’s podcast that he is still technically under contract with Vince McMahon’s company.
On the latest episode of The Ryback Show, The Boogeyman confirmed to the former Intercontinental Champion that he is still under a legend’s contract with WWE:
“Yeah, I’m still under contract – still under the Legend’s Contract.
“They had me going down [to Florida]. Myself, Mark Henry, Ricky Steamboat, Nia Jax, Jimmy Hart – we sold [WrestleMania 36] tickets at the Tampa Stadium down there prior to the pandemic. So, that was my last thing with them. But as far as TV-wise, it was the RAW 25th Anniversary.”
For those that weren’t aware, The Boogeyman is still able to take independent bookings as part of his legend’s deal with WWE. However, he hasn’t wrestled a match since July 2015 on the independent scene.
