Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Shelton Benjamin has named several AEW talent that he wants to work with.
On the October 2 Five-Year Anniversary edition of AEW Dynamite, Shelton Benjamin made his debut with the company, aligning with MVP.
Since then, Benjamin has picked up wins over Lio Rush and Sammy Guevara. Shelton also wrestled against Swerve Strickland on the October 30 Fright Night episode of AEW Dynamite.
Speaking with Busted Open Radio, Shelton Benjamin revealed a few AEW names that he wants to work with next. He said:
“AEW is flooded with great talents. My first thought, because I think the guy is phenomenal, is Will Ospreay. I would love to work with Moxley …”
“I don’t even know we’ve shared a locker room until now. Swerve is someone I wanted to wrestle, MJF … Hobbs,”
On some names he previously wrestled against in WWE that he wants to face in AEW, Shelton said:
“There’s even some old, familiar faces, there’s obviously, I’ve always felt that myself and Christian have dynamite matches, obviously me and Edge had dynamite matches,”
“There’s just so much talent. When I start going down the list, there’s so many first-time opportunities there … it’s a very long list, but those are just the highlights, those aren’t the only names on that list.”
Bobby Lashley made his debut with All Elite Wrestling on the October 30 Fright Night edition of AEW Dynamite, forming The Hurt Syndicate by beating down Swerve Strickland and Prince Nana.
