It is being reported by News 4 San Antonio that Alberto Del Rio has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman and has been arrested as a result. The woman who has brought forth the charges has produced pictures and has accused Del Rio of assaulting her and abusing her multiple times.
An affidavit for Del Rio, whose real name is Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, 42, gave a very detailed account of the incident. According to court documents, the woman told investigators Rodriguez Chucuan, Del Rio’s full name assaulted her on more than one occasion

The arrest record also claims that Del Rio had also threatened the woman’s son. The claim states that he said he would “take her son and drop him in the middle of the road somewhere.”
Obviously, these are just charges at this point. While the situation doesn’t look good for Del Rio, he will still have a chance to prove his innocence in court.
