Former WWE Champion Provides Update On Big E WWE

A former WWE Champion has provided an update on Big E.

On the March 11 edition of SmackDown, New Day’s Big E was accidentally dropped on his head during a match that resulted in him fracturing his C1 and C6 vertebrae.

Since then, the New Day has been represented by Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods on WWE television.

During a new interview with NBC Sports Boston’s Steve Fall, Kingston was asked about the possibility of a Trios championship in WWE and provided an update on Big E in the midst of his answer.

He said:

“Anything is possible. There’s a lot of trios going on, Sheamus and The Brawling Brutes, The Bloodline, The New Day. We’ll see how E (Big E) does in coming back. He’s getting a lot better too for those who are concerned and whatnot. He was actually roller skating the other day. I was like, ‘Oh my God. You’re alright.’ He’s coming along and he’s in great spirits. We’re just kind of taking it one day at a time with him. But yeah, I think a trios title would be interesting. It would obviously be something that’s never been before in WWE, so who knows? You gotta stay tuned and watch to find out.”

As previously reported, Big E has been open about thanking everyone for their support during his injury recovery.

Also, Kofi Kingston’s New Day stablemate Xavier Woods is set to compete a popular iconic game show.
