Former WWE star Brian Myers has hailed a new ID signing as the “John Cena” of his current wrestling promotion, Create A Pro.
WWE recently launched its new WWE ID program, which is designed for the company to partner with wrestling schools and independent wrestlers for a pathway to the NXT brand and Performance Center.
Following the initial announcement, reports revealed that several independent wrestlers were already contracted through the new program.
On November 7, the company began to announce some of the new WWE ID wrestlers, which included Bryce Donovan – a wrestler most known for his time in Create A Pro, a promotion he has made his name in since debuting back in 2016.
Retweeting the announcement, current TNA Wrestling star and former WWE star Brian Myers took to social media to praise Bryce Donovan as the “John Cena” of Create A Pro.
He wrote:
He’s @CreateAPro’s John Cena.
Long time coming & much deserved.
Among the other wrestlers already signed also includes Zayda Steel of CZW and “Cold Brew” Cappuccino Jones of This Is Wrestling.
WrestleTalk would like to congratulate all the wrestlers announced for the WWE ID program.
