Former WWE Star Releases New Merchandise Following John Cena SmackDown Namedrop WWE

A former WWE star has released new merchandise referring to John Cena namedropping them on last week’s SmackDown show.

John Cena cut his own version of CM Punk’s ‘pipebomb’ promo on last week’s episode of SmackDown to close out the show ahead of their upcoming match at Night of Champions.

During Punk’s original promo, he gave a shoutout to Colt Cabana, and Cena himself did his own shoutout, with him namedropping former WWE stars Claudio Castagnoli (Cesaro), Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) and Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder).

After being namedropped by Cena on SmackDown, Cardona responded to Cena, giving him a shoutout during his latest GCW appearance, and Cardona has now released new merchandise in relation to the moment.

Taking to Twitter, Cardona revealed his new t-shirt, simply saying ‘Hey, Matt Cardona’ on the front.

He wrote:

AFTER THIS, I AM OFFICIALLY DONE MILKING THE MOMENT @johncena SAID HEY TO ME ON #SMACKDOWN …

Cena and Punk’s WWE Championship clash will take place at WWE Night of Champions this Saturday.
