Former WWE Raw Star’s NXT In-Ring Debut Announced WWE

An in-ring debut has been announced for tomorrow night’s April 18 episode of WWE NXT TV on the USA Network.

On April 4, the latest name to join the NXT roster after coming across from the now-defunct NXT UK brand was Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar.

Dar sat ringside with the Heritage Cup trophy for a match between Nathan Frazer and Dragon Lee, which Dragon Lee won.

Then last week, there was a video package with Dar explaining the rules of the Heritage Cup matches and announcing that the concept would be making its way to NXT.

WWE has now announced that tomorrow night, Dar will be in action against an opponent yet to be revealed, and in a stat that’s almost incredible to think about, it’ll be his first ever match on NXT TV.

Dar has been with WWE since way back in 2016 when he was part of the Cruiserweight Classic and then signed as a member of the 205 Live roster.

During that time in 2016 and 2017, Dar was often featured on WWE Raw, memorable for his on-screen relationship with Alicia Fox.

Dar unfortunately ended up suffering a number of injuries that kept him out for months and months, and was moved to the NXT UK brand where he stayed from 2019 until its closure last year.

Currently set for tomorrow night’s NXT:

Noam Dar’s in-ring debut

Wes Lee (c) vs. Charlie Dempsey for the North American Championship

Grayson Waller Effect talk show with guest NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes ahead of Hayes vs Waller for the title at Spring Breakin’

Roxanne Perez vs. Zoey Stark

Mark Coffey & Wolfgang (c) vs. Brutus & Julius Creed vs. The Dyad for the NXT Tag Team Championship
