Ahead of this weekend’s Bound For Glory event, former WWE name Christy Hemme has returned to TNA Wrestling.
Christy Hemme has worked with both WWE and TNA Wrestling as an on-screen performer over the years.
After a modeling career, Hemme was the winner of the first ever edition of the WWE Diva Search in 2004 and took part in feuds with the likes of Trish Stratus and Victoria. During her time in TNA, Hemme worked in several roles as an in-ring performer, a host, ring announcer and an interviewer.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Christy Hemme has returned to TNA Wrestling as head of marketing.
In her previous run in TNA, Hemme also worked on the creative team and has a number of strong connections to the company.
The report notes that talent in the company were informed of the moves on October 22.
As previously reported, Sami Callihan has confirmed that he will remain with TNA for the foreseeable future.
