Sean Waltman (X-Pac) has publicly apologised to fellow WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair for having a “huge attitude” during the early portion of his career.
Waltman recently welcomed Ric Flair onto his Pro Wrestling 4 Life podcast, where he opened up about how he feels “really bad” for having attitude problems during the early part of his career:
“People were stirring me up, like, they were telling me in the six-man match — you, “Rowdy” [Roddy Piper], and Kevin [Nash], y’all didn’t want me in it, you wanted Hulk [Hogan]. And you should! That was more appropriate for you and your team. This is what was told to me and so it got in my head, ‘Oh, they’re trying to hold me down!’ So, I had this huge attitude. I feel really bad about it, looking back on it now.”
Sean Waltman is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame for the second time tomorrow night as part of the nWo faction. The group were set to be inducted into the 2020 class last year.
