Former WWE Star Arrested For ‘Violent Stabbing’ Incident WWE

A former WWE star has been arrested after a “violent stabbing” incident in Kansas City, Missouri this month.

As reported by TMZ, former WCW Tag Team Champion 2 Cold Scorpio, real name Charles Scaggs, was arrested on June 15 after a “gas station fight”.

According to TMZ, Scaggs, who also wrestled in WWE under the name Flash Funk, told authorities he was working as security at a gas station store and saw a man light a cigarette inside the store.

The victim told TMZ he didn’t light it up in the store, but walked in with a cigarette that “might not have been fully extinguished”, although he thought he’d put it out.

Scaggs claimed he told the victim he couldn’t smoke inside and the victim replied: “F you the f*** you gonna do?”

Scaggs then claimed he was threatened by the other man who “tried to grapple with him” outside, so Scaggs pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed him in “self-defense”.

According to Scaggs, the altercation went on for “several more moments” and he “got in a few more stabs”.

Police who arrived at the scene said they saw the victim laying on the ground bleeding from his “head, chest, buttocks, legs and abdomen”, and had to be taken to hospital as he was going in and out of consciousness.

When investigators made contact with him, he told them Scaggs was the aggressor.

Scaggs, 58, was arrested on two felony charges – one count of first-degree assault, and one count of armed criminal action.

He pleaded not guilty after bailing out, and is due in court next month.
