A former WWE star is reportedly backstage at tonight’s AEW All Out 2024 pay-per-view taking place in Chicago, Illinois.
The pre-show for All Out is currently underway with the main show less than an hour from starting, but some backstage news has already emerged.
As reported today by Fightful Select, former WWE star Mustafa Ali is backstage at AEW All Out tonight.
Ali is local to Chicago where the pay-per-view is taking place, and he’s simply described as “visiting”.
Following his WWE departure earlier this year, Ali had a run in TNA but recently announced his exit from there as well.
He was actually backstage at Dynamite in Chicago back in July when he was still TNA X-Division Champion.
Since his departure from TNA, he’s wrestled for the likes of NJPW at Capital Collision, GCW, and House of Glory.
We’ll keep you posted with all the news surrounding tonight’s AEW All Out pay-per-view, which is scheduled to be headlined by Swerve Strickland vs ‘Hangman’ Adam Page in a steel cage match as the planned main event.
