A former WWE star is backstage at tonight’s January 17, 2025 episode of SmackDown at Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California.
As part of the broadcast team shakeups at the start of the year with Raw’s move to Netflix, Lilian Garcia is now the regular ring announcer for the SmackDown brand.
Garcia took to Instagram before the show tonight to reveal that a WWE legend is backstage.
As you can see below, two-time WWE Women’s Champion Victoria is at SmackDown tonight.
Victoria announced a few months ago that she had signed a legends’ deal with WWE, explaining that the deal could mean she’ll be included in things like upcoming WWE video games and have new action figures released.
