Former WWE and Impact star Brodus Clay (Tyrus), is being sued for sexual harassment by former “Un-PC” co-host Britt McHenry.
McHenry is claiming that Clay sent her text messages, which included threats of sending a dick pic, and comments regarding her butt and legs. She also claims that he lied to HR about the incidents by saying that the two were just flirting.
Clay showed investigators pictures of her cleavage and nearly bare breasts, but McHenry claims that the pictures are doctored and not actually of her.
Following these claims, Clay was removed from hosting the show, but was then giving his own show, “Nuff Said”.
McHenry is also suing FOX, who she claims shut her out of company events and refused to allow her to appear as a guest on shows after she made her claims against Clay.
Speaking to TMZ, a FOX representative said:
“Ms. McHenry’s lawsuit recycles the same allegations she filed with the New York State Division of Human Rights in October, to which we filed a response on Friday. As we have previously stated, Ms. McHenry’s allegations have been fully investigated and we are confident our actions will be deemed entirely appropriate in litigation. We expect all of her claims to be dismissed.”
