Former WWE Star Responds To Claims Jey Uso’s Push Is ‘Forced’ WWE

A former WWE star has fired back at claims that Jey Uso’s push in the company is ‘forced’ following his King of the Ring addition.

Jey Uso has found himself picking up a number of major milestones in 2025, which kicked off with him winning the 2025 Royal Rumble match.

Jey would go on to capture his first world championship at WrestleMania 41, when he unseated GUNTHER to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Jey’s title reign came to an end on this week’s episode of Raw, when GUNTHER defeated Jey to regain his title, ending Jey’s reign at 51 days.

After his title loss, Jey has a chance to get his title back, as it was announced that he was the final participant in the 2025 King of the Ring Tournament, with him set to face Sheamus, Rusev and Bronson Reed on next week’s Raw show.

When one fan claimed that Jey Uso’s WWE push was ‘forced’, former WWE star Tom Pestock (Baron Corbin) responded, saying that he organically got over with the crowd.

He said:

What the f**k are you talking about. He got over as organic as you can! Every crowd go nuts when his music hits. No insane moves needed. True definition of being over. Music = pop!

Jey Uso’s father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, has reacted to his son’s World Heavyweight Championship loss on Raw.
