A former WWE star has pitched for the Don Callis Family to continue growing, leading to an ‘invasion’ and turf war within AEW.
The Don Callis Family currently has 15 members within it’s ranks following the additions of Jake Doyle (Jake Something) and the return of Andrade El Idolo on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
While some people push for less members in the group, former WWE star Bishop Dyer (Baron Corbin) has pitched for the group to keep going.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, he said:
“Keep growing the Don Callis Family. Give me five more members. Here’s why. Lets start a massive biker gang, like lets get 20 dudes in this group; we have prospects, we have all this stuff, and then we have this massive turf war.
“I wanna see a four hour pay-per-view where it’s all of the members of Don Callis Family versus all of these people that Kenny Omega or Hangman Page has recruited, Swerve, and I wanna see a 20 on 20 stand off.
“I wanna see five matches here with these guys, I wanna see a massive tag match with these guys. I would love a full on invasion, WWF vs. WCW invasion type angle with the Don Callis Family and everybody else.”
