A former WWE star has reportedly re-signed with TNA Wrestling following a highly successful debut year with the company.
Debuting at TNA Hard to Kill last January, Nic Nemeth enjoyed a stellar 2024, winning championships in TNA, AAA and NJPW.
While he failed in his first attempt at dethroning then TNA World Champion Moose at TNA Rebellion last April, Nemeth would later capture the company’s top prize three months later – winning a six-way elimination match at Slammiversary 2024.
With Nemeth over 170 days into his reign as World Champion, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson is reporting that the Wanted Man has now re-signed with TNA on new terms.
According to the report, Nemeth’s TNA deal was set to expire at some point at the beginning of 2025, but now he will be remaining in the company.
It’s not known how long the former WWE star’s new TNA contract runs for but we will provide further details if/when more updates are reported.
The former Dolph Ziggler will defend his TNA World Championship at Genesis on January 19, taking on Joe Hendry.
