Ethan Carter III was one of the most underutilized talents in WWE prior to his release in April. From his main roster call-up being botched and never being given a chance again, EC3 is now teasing that he has signed with Impact Wrestling.
He released a video on Twitter earlier today involving recent Impact footage of him. The promotion had put together a reel of EC3, Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis, and Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson and now EC3 has responded to it.

His video was accompanied by a caption of “New World. My Rules. Nostalgia is dead. Click bait.” What this ultimately means for EC3 is currently unknown. However, Impact has always been one of the most likely destinations for him given his history in the promotion.
The character of Ethan Carther III was originally Dixie Carter’s nephew. This led him to the top of Impact’s card and two reigns as heavyweight champion.
Regardless of what he ends up doing, EC3 is clearly wasting no time in promoting himself. These videos of himself have shown that he has the creativity necessary to be a star. Maybe now he will be given the chance to prove it once again.
