Former WWE Star Teases Return To Help ‘Daughter’

A former WWE star has teased a return to the company to help defend their ‘daughter’ in an upcoming TV match.

On tonight’s episode of NXT, Wendy Choo is set to compete in her second match since returning to the ring last month.

Wendy defeated Brinley Reece in her first match under a new darker gimmick, and last week she appeared to take out Kendal Grey and Carlee Bright.

Ahead of her match with Carlee on tonight’s NXT show, Wendy shared a graphic of the match, referring to Carlee as ‘Kelly Kelly’s daughter.

She said:

say goodnight to kelly kelly’s daughter

This prompted a response from Kelly herself, who teased coming out of retirement to aid Carlee against Choo.

She responded:

Ohhhhhh does mother need to come out of retirement??? @CarleeBrightWWE let me know girl I got you!!!

Tonight’s show will be the final episode before the NXT Heatwave premium live event in Toronto this Sunday, the day following WWE Money In The Bank in the same venue – Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
