Former WWE Star Tells Current Star To ‘Text Triple H’ Following Independent Show

Since taking over as the Chief Content Officer of WWE back in July last year, Triple H has re-signed numerous former WWE stars to the company.

One name who Triple H re-signed was Chelsea Green, who returned to the company in the 2023 Royal Rumble match.

Chelsea is the real life wife of Matt Cardona, former WWE star Zack Ryder, who has found himself a new lease of life on the independents since his WWE departure.

Cardona has long been a name that has been rumoured for a potential return to the company, though no names have been signed to the company’s main roster since Vince McMahon’s return to the company in January.

Taking to Twitter after his latest GCW appearance, Cardona sent a message to his wife, telling her to ‘text Triple H’ as he ‘hates the indies’.

He tweeted:

HELP ME @ImChelseaGreen!!! Text Triple H for me! I hate the indies!!! I hate @GCWrestling_!!!

Ryder recently discussed a potential return to WWE, and laid out the conditions that he would need for a return.

Ryde is currently aligned with Steph De Lander on the independents, with the two recently ‘killing off’ their WWE characters Zack Ryder and Persia Pirotta on a parody of Cardona’s old Z! True Long Island Story.

Chelsea is currently in a tag team with Sonya Deville on Raw, with the two failing to capture the Women’s Tag Team Championship on last week’s show.
