Former WWE Star Wants To Fight Intercontinental Champion Gunther WWE

A former WWE star has said that they want to fight Intercontinental Champion Gunther following last night’s Raw.

The main event of last night’s WWE Raw show saw Gunther’s latest Intercontinental Championship defence, retaining the title against Jey Uso thanks to interference from Jimmy Uso.

During the show, former WWE star Erick Redbeard (Erick Rowan) took to Twitter, where he stated that he wants to fight Gunther.

He simply said:

I’ll say it again

Rowan was released from WWE back in April 2020, and has since made appearances on AEW and WWE television as part of the tribute shows for the late Brodie Lee and Bray Wyatt.

During his time with WWE, Rowan was a two-time SmackDown Tag Team Champions, winning the titles with Luke Harper and Daniel Bryan.

Gunther is currently without an opponent for WrestleMania 40, with numerous WWE stars staking their claim to Gunther’s title.
