A former WWE star may be set to win a current WWE Championship after being released from the company three years ago.
Notorious Mimi, under the name Sloane Jacobs, signed with WWE back in 2022, with her featuring in the first NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament alongside names such as Roxanne Perez, Tiffany Stratton and Tatum Paxley.
Jacobs was released from her contract in November 2022, with her working various independent promotions in the years since, including appearances in Ring of Honor and AEW Rampage.
Now, we could see her capture a WWE title under her Notorious Mimi ring name, as she has been announced for the upcoming Six-Way Elimination match to crown the new ID Women’s Champion.
The match for the vacant championship will take place on November 17, with the winner earning both the title and am ID contract.
The official ID account tweeted:
The 2nd entrant for the Six Way Elimination Match to determine the next WWE ID Women’s Champion on 11/17 at @WrestlingOpenRI is…. @notorious_mimi
Mimi is a top talent in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. She is out of the @4MonsterFactory with additional training at @WorldwideDojo.
Will Mimi become WWE ID Champion and earn a WWE ID contract?
