WWE Star To Face Former Champion At Independent Show

Current NXT Heritage Cup holder Charlie Dempsey is set to face former WWE star Timothy Thatcher for WWN Supershow.

Charlie Dempsey has been featured across multiple promotions throughout 2024.

From TNA Wrestling to GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport, Dempsey has wrestled some great talent outside of WWE with the likes of Trey Miguel, Zachary Wentz and Royce Issacs.

On November 19, WWN Live announced that the current NXT Heritage Cup Champion Charlie Dempsey will face former WWE star Timothy Thatcher on Sunday, December 15 at WWN Supershow. The post reads:

BREAKING NEWS! Timothy Thatcher returns to a WWN ring for the first time in 5 years on Sunday, December 15th at WWN Supershow: Battle For The Belts 2024 where he’ll face NXT Superstar Charlie Dempsey!!!

Dempsey will also face AKIRA in his return to GCW Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport on Sunday, November 24.
