AEW/WWE
Two former WWE stars were present backstage at tonight’s AEW Worlds End pay-per-view event in Orlando, Florida.
Tonight’s AEW Dynamite show took place in Orlando, Florida, which is the home of many professional wrestlers, including the WWE Performance Center, and as such, two former WWE stars were present backstage at tonight’s event.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), former WWE star Baron Corbin was one of the names present backstage at the show.
Corbin, real name Tom Pestock, was let go from WWE last month, with him not eligible to sign with another company for at least another month.
Another former WWE star backstage is TNA star AJ Francis, aka Top Dolla, whose TNA contract is set to expire on January 1.
Francis was seen talking to Tony Khan at ringside before the show, and was also seen speaking to his former Hit Row stablemate Swerve Strickland, as well as Prince Nana and Jeff Jarrett.
We will provide any updates on their respective statuses as they become available.
