Former WWE Stars Done With IMPACT Wrestling IMPACT

Several names have now now finished up with IMPACT Wrestling, following Bound For Glory and the following TV taping.

Per PWInsider, it is believed that former WWE names Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis are now done with the promotion. It was also noted that Matt Taven and Vincent appear to have completed their runs with IMPACT Wrestling this weekend.

These four stars, along with PCO, Kenny King and Eddie Edwards represented the Honor No More faction. Bennett and Taven won the IMPACT Tag Team Championship on the September 1 edition of IMPACT.

The duo dropped the gold during the October 8 TV taping, which led to speculation about the stars’ statuses with the promotion. You can read more about the title change right here.

Also at the taping, a huge update emerged on plans for Frankie Kazarian, following his X-Division Title win. The AEW star defeated Mike Bailey to win the gold at the October 7 Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis were both released by WWE in April 2020. With the Triple H regime now in full force, speculation has been swirling regarding potential returns.

At Extreme Rules, Bray Wyatt made his first appearance for the company since April 2021, following weeks of ‘White Rabbit’ teases hinting at the former Universal Champion’s return.
