A former WWE Tag Team Champion is reportedly set to make a guest coach appearance at the WWE Performance Center.
Over the years, a number of former WWE stars have become coaches at the Performance Center since it opened in 2012, while other names have made appearances as guest coaches.
In a new report from PWInsider Elite (subscription required), another former star that may be set to make a guest trainer appearance at the Performance Center soon is former WWE Tag Team Champion Doug Basham.
Basham is currently working for OVW, with him being one of those in the company that helped train Emily Bett Rickards for the recent Queen of the Ring movie.
During his time with the company, he was a former WWE Tag Team Champion on SmackDown in the Ruthless Aggression era alongside his kayfabe brother Danny Basham on two occasions.
He is most well known for his time as a part of WWE Champion JBL’s Cabinet on SmackDown during his reign as the brand’s top champion between 2004 and 2005.
Basham was released from the company in January 2007.
