Tonight on IMPACT Wrestling, Jordynne Grace defended the Knockouts Title against Taya Valkyrie. After she won her match, she got an unexpected visitor.
Okay, maybe it wasn’t so unexpected. Deonna Purrazzo has officially debuted for IMPACT Wrestling after appearing in a video vignette in weeks previous.

IMPACT is treating Purrazzo like a major star and a huge addition to the women’s roster. She wasted no time in making a major impact, pun intended.
She appeared in the ring, stared down Jordynne Grace and the title, and then attacked the champion. She locked Grace in the armbar.
After Grace tapped, Purrazzo stood tall in the ring. The announcers did a great job of putting her over as a major threat and made her feel like a huge star.
Purrazzo never really got off the ground in NXT. She did make a few appearances on the show and even appeared on Raw. Purrazzo also has wrestled for Ring of Honor’s Women of Honor.
We’ll have to see if Purrazzo has better luck in IMPACT than she did in some of her previous stops.
