There have been a lot of insane ideas to come through WWE writers. Many of them are well-documented but a new one has just resurfaced regarding Hornswoggle and Vince McMahon.
Former head writer of Raw Brian Gewirtz found an old paper with an idea for McMahon’s storyline with his bastard leprechaun son. Needless to say, it was incredibly morbid.
Nowadays evenings are reserved for finally cleaning out closet. I don’t know which writer came up with this nearly 13 years ago and I can pretty much guarantee it didn’t make it to Vince but you got to admire someone who swings for the fences. pic.twitter.com/sDyoDL5SPk

“Hornswoggle Dilemma: Have Vince say to HS that we’re going for a ride as Vince stuffs HS into a pillow case. Have a camera standing on a bridge and the audience sees Vince throw HS out the window of his limousine and over the bridge railing. HS plummets to his death. I know it’s morbidly and highly unlikely ever to be used, but I think it’s something that a fed up Mr. McMahon could resort to after trying for so long to get rid of him.”
They were involved in a storyline from 2007-2008, which saw McMahon give his son some tough love by the end. On February 18, 2008, They had a Steel Cage match, which was really just McMahon beating Hornswoggle with a belt.
It is not clear when McMahon murdering his son would have fit into the story. Considering this would have come less than a year after Chris Benoit really did murder his son, this would likely have been one of the worst ideas in WWE history.
