Even More Free Agents WWE Could Sign Revealed WWE

Details have emerged regarding a number of free agents who WWE may be interested in signing at some point in the future.

Since Paul “Triple H” Levesque took over as Head of WWE Creative in July 2022, he has brought a number of names – many of them former WWE stars who were released – back to WWE television.

These have included Karrion Kross, Dexter Lumis, Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Bray Wyatt, and many others – most recently Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows on last night’s Raw.

Now WWE could soon be adding several other names to that list.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said:

“Mia Yim, obviously her husband is in AEW, Keith Lee. Paul Levesque (Triple H) is trying to get everybody back that he had before (in NXT) that got fired when he didn’t have power, and she would fit into that category. I know WWE has interest in (Matt) Taven.

“Vincent was backstage at the show (Raw) tonight with Dutch, so obviously there’s some interest at some level in those two as a tag team in WWE or maybe for NXT or whatever.”

Mia Yim was released by WWE on November 4, 2021, before appearing at IMPACT’s Under Siege event on May 7, 2022. Her last appearance with the company was at Bound For Glory 2022 on October 7, where she was defeated by Mickie James.

Matt Taven is a former Ring of Honor World Champion, and has held tag team titles in both IMPACT and New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Vincent and Dutch appeared in Ring of Honor as tag team The Righteous, where they held the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championship with Bateman.

Meltzer also mentioned that WWE has shown interest in former NXT North American Champion JONAH (Bronson Reed), who has been working for NJPW as of late.
