It’s being reported that there was frustation backstage at this past week’s WWE NXT taping on Wednesday and things got a bit hectic.
As per Fightful Select, there were a number of ‘technical difficulties and errors’ that led to frustration.
It was the first episode being held at the Capitol Wrestling Center after the venue debuted at TakeOver 31 the Sunday prior. It wasn’t noted whether that was the cause of the technical troubles, but it’s perhaps worth speculating.
NXT has had some hard luck with injuries as of late too. Karrion Kross, Tegan Nox, Finn Balor, Kyle O’Reilly and Ridge Holland have all been forced out of action recently.
The report notes that people in NXT do feel like management is in a tought position due to these untimely blows.
With the recent injuries there have been a few returns though too. The likes of Ember Moon, Toni Storm, Dexter Lumis and Boa are all back from absences, so hopefully the brand can press on with these names being reintroduced.
