One of the most fundamental rules of tag team wrestling is that to be tagged into the ring, you need to be holding onto a small rope attached to the ring post. That is, if you don’t wrestle for AEW.
For whatever reason, it appears that this rule isn’t being enforced by the promotion, even though tag ropes are supplied to its wrestlers.
This has been picked up on by fans many times, and now AEW’s wrestlers are starting to notice, with one half of new tag team FTR Dax Harwood giving his thoughts on the matter on Twitter.
…just hanging there. Blowing in the wind.

As you can see, the tag team went as far as making a brand new website called tagropes.com, which incidentally links straight to their prowrestlingtees store. Smart.
Harwood and tag partner Cash Wheeler are set to make their in-ring debuts on next week’s episode of Dynamite, two weeks after they made their debut by attacking Butcher and the Blade last week.
