Full Dusty Rhodes Classic Lineup Revealed

As it has been built up for the last few weeks, the Dusty Rhodes Classic will begin on next week’s edition of NXT. As such, the promotion has now announced the full lineup for the tournament.

As is often the case, there is a steady mix of established teams and ones that appear to be thrown together. Only the first two matches had been announced with Breezango taking on the Undisputed Era and Ever-Rise facing the Grizzled Young Veterans.

Here is the full list of entrants in the 2021 Dusty Rhodes Classic:

• August Grey & Curt Stallion
• The Bollywood Boyz
• Breezango
• Drake Maverick & Killian Dain
• Ever-Rise
• The Grizzled Young Veterans
• Imperium
• Jake Atlas & Isaiah “Swerve” Scott
• Kushida & Leon Ruff
• Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza)
• The Undisputed ERA (Adam Cole & Roderick Strong)
• The Way (Johnny Gargano & Austin Theory)

Of the competitors in this year’s tournament, the Grizzled Young Veterans had the best showing in last year’s tournament. James Drake and Zack Gibson made it to the finals only to lose to Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle.

NXT General Manager also announced the first-ever women’s Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament as well. However, we are still waiting to find out who will be competing in that tournament.
