Del Sol was offered an AEW contract in August, following his match on the premiere edition of Rampage.
A number of AEW and ROH stars have appeared for GCW in recent months, with The Briscoes winning the GCW Tag Team Championship in October at War Ready. Ahead of ROH announcing its hiatus, the promotion was reportedly in talks with GCW about more talent exchanges.
A separate report has revealed that some AEW talents are curious about the leverage they’ll have with other promotions including GCW, ahead of their current deals expiring.
