It sounds like Gage, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg, will be at WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia tomorrow.
Lashley is scheduled to face Goldberg in a No Holds Barred match on the show, which comes after Lashley attacked Gage following his WWE SummerSlam title defence against Goldberg.
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Lashley seemed to confirm Gage would be at the show, when he said:
“Man I’m going to win. There’s no strategies. I have friends, he has friends. He has his son that’s going to be there. Everybody knows there’s a possibility that anything can happen. But ultimately I’m going to win. So if somebody happens to jump in the ring, whether it’s Gage, whether it’s, I don’t know, anybody. But ultimately it’s going to be me putting my hands all over him.”
With MVP out following surgery, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin have reformed the Hurt Business around Lashley, and they’ve been announced for a pre-show match against the Usos so they’ll definitely be at the show to potentially get involved.
WrestleTalk.com will have live coverage of Crown Jewel from noon ET tomorrow, which also features the likes of Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar, and Big E vs Drew McIntyre.
