Goldberg Gives Thoughts On GUNTHER Ahead Of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Match

Goldberg has given his thoughts on World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER ahead of their match at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event.

WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg made his return on this week’s episode of WWE Raw, where he confronted World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER for a match at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta next month.

This wasn’t the first time Goldberg and GUNTHER went face to face, with the two previously getting into an altercation at Bad Blood in Atlanta last October.

Speaking with Dan Sileo, Goldberg commented on his upcoming title match with GUNTHER, giving his thoughts on the current World Heavyweight Champion.

He said:

“I remember meeting him years ago right when he broke in and the guy had a shooting star up his ass at that point and I knew he was gonna be destined for big things and hey, it’s an honor for me to get in the ring with him.

“It’s an honor to step into a position to be vying for the World Heavyweight Championship at 58 years old. I don’t know of any other ones who’ve retired with a match like that.”
