‘Good Fn Riddance’: Former WWE Star Responds To Goldberg Retirement Announcement WWE

Former WWE star Nic Nemeth (fka Dolph Ziggler) has shared his honest thoughts on Goldberg announcing his retirement match, pitching some ideas for his former opponent’s final match.

Following Goldberg’s recent WWE appearance at Bad Blood, the former Universal Champion announced on Saturday (November 2) that he will have his retirement match next year.

Ahead of 2025, Nic Nemeth took to Twitter to share a pitch for GUNTHER to squash Goldberg in three minutes.

Exclaiming “good g’n riddance”, Nemeth wrote:

On the bell, he spears & jackknife’s Gunther. G kicks out at 1. 3 minute match and good f’n riddance

Noting that he’d also be happy for Bron Breakker to squash Goldberg, he added:

Or it can be the Steiner kid. Relax

Nemeth notably faced off against Goldberg at SummerSlam 2019, with Goldberg scoring the victory in less than two minutes, before repeatedly returning to the ring to put Nemeth down again after Nemeth started talking smack after the match.

Nemeth currently holds the TNA World Championship, most recently defending it against Joe Hendy at Bound For Glory.
