
An update on WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg returning to the company ahead of his planned retirement match this year.
Goldberg has previously noted that he plans to take part in his retirement match this year, but the date of Goldberg’s final match has not yet been finalised.
Goldberg last appeared on WWE television at Bad Blood in Atlanta back in October, when he got involved in a segment with Gunther on the show, but it seems that Goldberg could once again be on his way back to WWE television soon.
In an update from WrestleVotes, multiple sources have noted that Goldberg’s name has been floated around internally within the company over the past week, which is the first time since his appearance at Bad Blood.
They wrote:

WrestleVotes notes that it feels like Goldberg’s inevitable return to WWE television is nearing.
Gunther is set to face off against Pat McAfee at WWE Backlash this Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri.
