Good Brothers Appear On Being The Elite

The Good Brothers made waves in wrestling this week when they did their tell-all podcast. They announced their signing with Impact and their intention to return to New Japan Pro Wrestling but maybe the biggest news was about their near debut with AEW.

Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows revealed they were offered deals to debut on the AEW Dynamite premiere. However, they turned down the deals to re-sign with WWE. They made it clear in the podcast they regretted the decision, but also stated that money was the reason they “f***ed our friends over”.

Well, now they have appeared on Being The Elite, seemingly squashing any reports of heat between them. The latest episode opens with Matt Jackson handing Nick Jackson an old Bullet Club shirt and having a flashback to 2016. In the flashback, they’re hanging out with Gallows and Anderson after Wrestle Kingdom 10. They are all talking about being Bullet Club for life and Matt says they have an idea to open a wrestling company in the future. He asks if Gallows and Anderson would be interested and they agree before hitting the Too Sweet.

Once the Young Bucks leave, the Good Brothers quietly ask each other if the Bucks know this is a work. They say the Bullet Club stuff is gonna get them to “New York” and there are two Pauls there and neither one would lie to them. This, of course, is a reference to their stories of Paul Heyman and Paul “Triple H” Levesque making promises to them that were not kept in WWE.
