A major update has emerged on the statuses of the Good Brothers, following speculation about a potential WWE return for the duo.

Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows are currently free-agents, following their IMPACT contracts expiring in late-August.

Although talks between the Good Brothers and WWE reportedly ‘fizzled out‘ recently, Anderson told Sports Illustrated that he and Gallows are always going to listen to WWE offers that come their way.

PWInsider now reports that multiple sources believe that Gallows and Anderson will be returning to WWE on the Raw brand as soon as this month.

The report noted that the Good Brothers were spotted in Washington DC on Sunday (October 9). It was speculated that the duo were likely in town to film something for WWE.

The two stars were notably released from WWE in April 2020, after signing new contracts with the company the year prior. Of course, these cuts were made under the Vince McMahon regime.

Following Vince’s retirement in July, Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan serve as co-CEOs, and Triple H oversees WWE creative as the company’s Chief Content Officer.

Gallows and Anderson have been appearing for NJPW as free agents in recent months. Karl Anderson is the current NEVER Openweight Champion, winning the gold at NJPW Dominion in June.

Anderson most recently defended the gold against Hiroshi Tanahashi during the September 25 Burning Spirit show.
