New WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther has commented on his victory at WWE SummerSlam in Cleveland on Saturday.
Four championships changed hands at WWE SummerSlam on Saturday night, including the crowning of a new World Heavyweight Champion.
2024 King of the Ring winner Gunther captured his first world championship in the company, defeating Damian Priest to end his run after Finn Balor betrayed his former Judgment Day ally.
Taking to Twitter today, Gunther commented on winning the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam, saying:

Gunther’s reign as World Heavyweight Champion is set to get underway on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, which is set to feature a commercial free first hour.
Gunther is set to head into WWE Bash In Berlin as Germany later this month as the World Heavyweight Champion.
