Gunther & Ludwig Kaiser Appear On WWE Raw

It was reported earlier today that SmackDown’s Intercontinental Champion Gunther was set to appear on tonight’s (July 4) episode of Raw.

During the show, R-Truth came out dressed as Uncle Sam for an ‘Uncle Sam Celebration’ for fourth of July, which was interrupted by Ludwig Kaiser.

Ludwig introduced the Intercontinental Champion Gunther, who then made short work of Truth in a match.

This was Gunther’s first appearance on the red brand since his WWE call up, though he did make a one-off appearance as WALTER on the show back in November 2019.
