An update on a potential WWE split between World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER and Imperium teammate Ludwig Kaiser.
Imperium came to an end as a trio on WWE television last April, when Ludwig Kaiser turned on his partner Giovanni Vinci, removing him from the group.
Following the turn on Vinci, fans have speculated about a potential split between Kaiser and World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER as Kaiser continues to make his own waves as a singles star.
Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Kaiser was asked about his previous matches with GUNTHER prior to joining WWE, where he made the comment:
“It’s better to be on GUNTHER’s side than against him. Trust me on that.”
When Kaiser was pressed more about potentially turning on GUNTHER in the future to pursue the World Heavyweight Championship, Kaiser spoke about his loyalty to GUNTHER, and how he would ‘never’ turn on him.
He said:
“I don’t think so. As a European, loyalty means a lot to me. And GUNTHER has helped me so much in my career.”
Kaiser is currently embroiled in a rivalry with Penta and Pete Dunne on Raw.
