WWE Star Addresses Potential Match Against GUNTHER

WWE Star Addresses Potential Match Against GUNTHER WWE

A WWE star has addressed the possibility of a singles match against GUNTHER, believing it’d be a great match.

Since returning to the company in April 2025, Rusev has been re-establishing himself on WWE TV as a powerhouse.

Speaking with Chris Van Vliet, Rusev spoke about potentially facing GUNTHER one-on-one.

When asked about this potential match-up, Rusev praised the Ring General, stating:

“He’s good, he’s really, really good. He’s been professional wrestling for what, 20 years or so, so it’s not like he’s new to the business, he knows what he’s doing.

“He’s aggressive, he’s mean, he’s big, he’s athletic as well. Yeah, (it would be) a great match.

“We’ve just got to decide who’s going to be who, who’s going to be the good guy and the bad guy.”
