Hangman Page To Miss AEW Dynamite Due To COVID-19

‘Hangman’ Adam Page has stated that he will not be on tonight’s edition of Dynamite due to COVID-19.

The AEW World Champion has indicated that he has tested positive for COVID-19, tweeting:

“Dynamite is tonight at 8pm on tbs but i will not be on there because my face is full of covid snot, sorry. please enjoy regardless.”

Page appears to be starting a feud with CM Punk, following their confrontation on last week’s episode. Punk had teased that he was wanting to challenge for the AEW World Title in the weeks prior.

Tonight’s edition of Dynamite has a stacked card, with Sammy Guevara set to defend the TNT Championship in a ladder match against Scorpio Sky.

Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler of FTR are also set to face off in a Owen Hart Foundation Tournament qualifier. Serena Deeb and Hikaru Shida are slated to do battle in a Philly Street Fight.
