Hangman Page Returns On AEW Dynamite AEW

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite there was a big return as a Hangman Adam Page made his comeback after four months out of action.

After losing at AEW Revolution on March 4 in the World Championship three-way match that also featured Swerve Strickland and winner Samoa Joe, Hangman is back.

While The Elite previously teased that Jeff Jarrett’s ‘Wild Card’ opponent was handpicked by themselves, it was revealed at match time it was in fact their former ally.

Hangman Adam Page made his return to action, showing off a more intense and brutal demeanor as he eventually beat Jarrett in order to advance in the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.

Elsewhere in Owen Cup matches, there were two other matches in tournament action tonight.

In the opening match of the night, Bryan Danielson took on PAC to determine who would advance to the men’s final on their side of the bracket.

Danielson would win the match, advancing to the final to face either Jay White or Hangman Adam Page.

In a later match, things Willow Nightingale defeated Kris Statlander to advance to the women’s final where she will face either Hikaru Shida or Mariah May.
